David Cole is the Broker and Co-Owner of Cole Jones Group, bringing confidence, determination, and genuine care to every client relationship. After four years in real estate, his passion remains rooted in what first inspired him to enter the industry: a love of homes and the opportunity to help people successfully sell their current property, discover their next project, or find the home of their dreams.
David takes an aggressive yet strategic approach to every transaction. By understanding his clients’ personalities and priorities—and knowing how to work effectively with the agent on the other side—he creates an action plan designed to secure the best possible outcome. He especially enjoys the challenge of winning an accepted offer and the joy of seeing his clients’ faces when the deal comes together.
His experience spans communities throughout the Metro East, including Alton, Godfrey, Wood River, Edwardsville, Glen Carbon, Belleville, and Collinsville. Whether a client is buying new construction, taking on a renovation, or preparing a longtime home for the market, David offers knowledgeable, honest guidance from beginning to end.
Outside of real estate, David enjoys traveling, spending time with family, working in his yard, and hanging out with Chanolly—his “Westie bestie” and an important part of the family. A former Walt Disney World employee, David still believes in creating memorable experiences and a little magic wherever he can.
